Anyone familiar with the Mandalaband?

Hi,
Is there anyone out there who is familiar with the Mandalaband?
They, he David Rohl, made 2 albums in the 70-ies. And the second "Eye of Wendor" became a cult album in the Symphonic Scene.
Now 30 years later he did the trick again; a very strong album called BC Ancestors, with Troy Donockley (not only on Pipes and whistle, but also on guitar).

Think you people in the UK should know this man, he wrote books about the ancient world, and some BBC series for...

I notice in the latest Autumn Leaves that Josh & Co are to play a gig in York the night before the MA gig at GOH. Does anyone know if this gig has been confirmed yet and also can anyone tell me anything about the venue , how to get tickets etc ?
Also, any news on who will be in the band ?

Somone gave me a copy of his 2004 release 'shock denial anger acceptance' and this has to be one of the best modern rock albums of the last 15 years.He's just followed it up with another classic album called 'Venus in overdrive'...Sadly his horrendous decision to act in US soaps makes him lose alot of credibility.But honestly people if you get the chancec to aquire either album ....Do it!..hers a trak from sdaa..,enjoy,and tell me what you think.

Hi Folks

Well it has been a long wait (six years) for the new album from Troy but believe me, it has been worth it! The Madness of Crowds is without doubt, Troy's finest piece of work to date. In fact, I think it's a flawless masterpiece and contributing a wonderful vocal on the last tack is none other than Heather.

This album is obviously very different to Mostly Autumn but has a lot of the same spirit....
