With the new release of "Pass The Clock" and a possible release of "Live" recorded material, from the recent tour, at the end of this
year, the thoughts about Mostly Autumn incorporating an "Acoustic Unplugged" set within their live gig set is something that has crossed my mind for
sometime now, and I've discussed the possibility with Bryan on more than a few occasions.
I would now welcome some feedback from fellow forum members as to their thoughts on this proposal to gauge whether they would welcome the idea and add some
other tracks to the mix.
A typical Mostly Autumn set can last up to a couple of hours and include an interval of 15-20 minutes. A proposed future set would include a
15-20
minute "Unplugged" set with Bryan, Heather and Iain performing such tracks as "Above The Blue" Hollow" and maybe something different,
but just as relevant to the band, such as the track "Autumn Leaves" as performed by the late Eva Cassidy
I have no doubts Heather would storm such a track with her vocal talent and ability and anyone with any doubts about the quality of this track should look at

The band would continue to perform the "Energy
Driven" tracks either side of this little interlude set as they have successfully done for years, but would freshen up the already existing gig format and
certainly keep us loyal fans on our toes.
I've experienced some bands who have done this recently and it add another dimension to previous concerts they have performed so no doubts about Mostly
Autumn being able to carry this off at all.
We hear a lot of what they do acoustically on CD but seldom really see how talented they are at doing this "Live" and it could well be a prelude to
releasing other tracks in an acoustic format as well.
